Will my refund be credited back onto my Oyster card?

How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

It takes 5 days for Tfl to credit your Oyster online account.

Can I have more than one Oyster card on my account?

Yes, the service will process all cards registered on one account.

According to the website my train last night was 23 minutes late but when I log into your site it has not made a claim for this is there something i should do?

You shouldn't need to do anything, the service runs on your account every 48 hours, so it can take up to two days before your refund gets processed.

I can't log in to my account

ClaimMyRefund uses your Oyster username and password to retrieve data from your account. If you have forgotten your username and or password you need to use the password recovery options provided by Oyster online. Forgotten username or password

How do I know my account is working?

When you log in to ClaimMyRefund you're automatically taken to a status summary page which tells you how many journeys have been checked and when a check was last run. In addition you will also be advised if there is an error on your account. Apart from that, relax and let the service run for you.

Does the service work for contactless cards?

Yes, contactless jouney history is collected so long as your contactless card is registered with oyster online.
